We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our growing team! As a Senior Software Developer on our Agile development team, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance, scalable enterprise cloud applications using C#, Angular, and AWS. You will work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create innovative solutions that meet our business needs.

As a senior member of the team, you will also be expected to contribute to the overall direction and strategy of the development effort, and to take on additional leadership responsibilities as needed. Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Angular Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in web development and a proven track record of building scalable and maintainable web applications using Angular.

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Angular Developer on our Agile development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing web applications using Angular 14. AdminaHealth is currently looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Lead/AWS Administrator who is seeking to be part of a high-energy, fast-growing, world-class technology team.

What You’ll Do:

This position will play a significant role in setting up and supporting our AWS cloud infrastructure, which is being used to support the development and deployment of a new SaaS platform that helps companies manage their employee benefits billing process.  The system itself has multiple major functions, including bill consolidation, reconciliation and payments processing.

Looking for an experienced AWS System Administrator with experience working on the designing, building, securing, and maintaining an AWS infrastructure for the new software platform. The candidate will be part of a small team initially, responsible for the infrastructure implementation, day to day operations, solving technical problems of comprehensive scope and complexity, and maintaining the security posture required for the HITRUST CSF Certification.  The position will also establish the cornerstone of our standards, procedures and documentation construction and maintenance for our enterprise.  In addition, recognizing impediments to our organizational efficiency and proposing and implementing solutions will be value propositions that the successful candidate will be able to provide.  There will also be elements of ITSM and IT support that this position will be responsible for in the areas of desktop support, local network administration and Office365 support.

AdminaHealth is looking for a strong and experienced User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design Lead responsible for researching, planning, and architecting the user experience design for the AdminaHealth Billing Suite application. As a key member of AdminaHealth’s R&D leadership, this person leads the creation of digital products made from a user’s perspective.

A user experience lead devises interaction strategies in sync with user goals and clients’ business goals, develops navigation and structure, designs wireframes or interactive prototypes, organizes content, and tirelessly advocates for the needs and goals of real users. This person will make strategic and tactical UX decisions related to design and usability as well as features and functions. The UX lead with also perform usability assessments and tests of interactive systems.

The best candidate will possess outstanding creativity, a highly detailed nature, and the ability to help define and solve complex user experience and interface problems.

AdminaHealth is currently looking for a Chief Sales & Marketing Officer who is excited to be part of a high-energy, fast-growing, world-class team who love what they do and those they do it with.  The Chief Sales & Marketing Officer will report directly to the CEO.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and direct marketing, sales, and distribution strategies, establishing milestones, product pricing, and distribution channels
  • Establish and maintain marketing relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders
  • Lead and grow three existing key teams: Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Collaborate with CTO and R&D teams to implement consumer needs within product development and marketing strategies
  • Lead development of marketing solutions that increase product profitability and mitigate risk
  • Conduct market research to assess product performance and identify potential customers and promotion opportunities
  • Ensures alignment with overall organizational goals and vision

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in the insurance/benefit industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Experience in digital and print marketing
  • Proficiency managing and coaching sales and marketing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field, MBA preferred

AdminaHealth is currently looking for a Sr. Accountant & Bookkeeper who is excited to be part of a high-energy, fast-growing, world-class team who love what they do and those they do it with. The Sr. Accountant & Bookkeeper will report directly to the CEO.

What You’ll Do:

  • Full-charge bookkeeping for AdminaHealth and associated businesses (multiple businesses)
  • Reconcile bank accounts, record receipts, and disbursements
  • Process all expense reports twice a month
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Prepare financial statements
  • Process Accounts Receivable
  • Process Accounts Payable
  • Process Payroll
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Prepare any monthly tax returns required such as sales tax returns, payroll tax returns, and personal property tax returns
  • Compile monthly financial statements
  • Managing onsite HR & Payroll functions (most handled through TriNet)

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • 2+ years’ experience with accounting and/or full charge bookkeeping
  • Fast learner and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work at office location during standard business hours required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to contribute to and participate in task resolution
  • Self-starter who takes on additional responsibilities without direction and works well under pressure
  • Extremely detailed oriented
  • Flexibility, helping others outside of their specific area as and when needed
