AdminaHealth is a cloud-based provider of powerful automated SaaS technology and financial solutions for the benefit and insurance marketplace – making easy work of bill consolidation, reconciliation, and payment management for Brokers, Carriers, Associations, Captive Managers, Employers, TPAs and other third parties.
Our Corporate Evolution
We were initially founded in 2014 as a risk-mitigating financial liquidity product under the name Salus Finance. The liquidity product gave more groups the ability to take advantage of the benefits of self-funding. However, we quickly realized that the standalone value of the capabilities of the platform that we developed could help businesses beyond just those transitioning to self-funding.
We launched AdminaHealth in 2016 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Salus Finance, specifically focused on bringing these standalone software capabilities to market. In 2018, AdminaHealth relaunched the former software on a custom-built platform with extreme flexibility to support a scalable SaaS solution with enhanced capabilities to be able to service operations serving fully insured, self-funded, and hybrid plans from any enrollment partner.
As a business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), data protection and privacy are of utmost importance to AdminaHealth. In 2019, the AdminaHealth Platform joined an elite group of organizations worldwide in earning HITRUST CSF Certification, falling on the heels of the completion of the validated NIST CSF assessment in February of 2019.
