To enable this, we have made our approach to pricing simple; we offer custom pricing based on your specific requirements and expected volume, generally on a PEPM basis. Contact us to set up a quick call to review with you in person our offering and your needs so we can provide you a formal proposal and pricing.

Once you are ready to start the AdminaHealth Billing Suite® onboarding, we will team you up with one of our Customer Success Managers that will be your primary day-to-day contact going forward. Your Customer Success Manager will provide you, your team, and clients all documentation (User Guide, On-Boarding Guide, etc.), training if needed (we are really easy to use), and is responsible for ensuring you are quickly and easily onboarded, and continuing to provide support as needed throughout our relationship.

For non-White Label customers, the standard timeline is the 2nd first of the month after executing the Master Services Agreement (MSA) and the order form. We are flexible to work with you to extend or shorten this timeline depending on you and/or your clients’ business needs and special requirements.

SaaS (Software as a Service) is a method of software delivery and licensing in which software is accessed online via a subscription, rather than bought and installed on individual computers. This means no special hardware or software, nothing to install, manage or update, all you need is a web-connected browser! What could be easier?

Yes, though Employee Navigator is our preferred enrollment partner, we either are already or have the ability to integrate with virtually any enrollment system. We will even accept flat file enrollment data if you or your client do not have an enrollment system and then let HR manage changes right in our platform. What could be easier?

Absolutely! Because the AdminaHealth Billing Suite® was built to easily integrate with anyone and is vendor agnostic, our platform can connect to virtually any other application, vendor, or service, i.e., payroll, HRIS, Carriers, Benefit Admin Platforms, Salesforce, etc.

The AdminaHealth Billing Suite® can support any interface needed, including, but not limited to, these popular methods/standards: Restful API, JSON, EDI, flat files such as .csv, and we can even process electronic PDFs if needed!

Wonderful and important question. The AdminaHealth Billing Suite® has stringent support and service levels that are spelled out in detail in our Master Subscription Agreement (MSA).

AdminaHealth sells to carriers, associations, captives, TPAs, HROs, consultants, employers, and technical partners.

AdminaHealth also has partners who resell our services as their own under a white label arrangement.

Often, integrations can take months and cost thousands if not tens of thousands of dollars, but at AdminaHealth, our system is built from the ground up to make integrations quick and easy, so quick and easy in fact, that we do not charge you again for an integration we have already created and are using.

In the event you need a new integration, no problem! We can generally create that new integration in a matter of hours or days, not weeks and months, and for a tiny fraction of the cost you are used to!

Great question!  You can easily onboard both yourself and/or your clients at any time during the year, whatever is best for you and/or your clients.

The AdminaHealth Billing Suite® supports all billing types in any combination, the most common three being Self-Bill, List Bill with Shortpay, and List Bill without Shortpay, often referred to as Pay as Invoiced. The AdminaHealth Billing Suite can perform all of its capabilities on any of the payment types, or even on any combination of payment types.

At AdminaHealth, we take compliance and security extremely seriously and have literally built our SaaS solution from the ground up with compliance and security a top priority as we have a duty to protect our customers’ and partners’ sensitive data.

As such, the AdminaHealth Billing Suite® currently meets some of the most stringent compliance frameworks in the industry. As our SaaS solution provides the ability for our clients to initiate money transfers through the Federal Banking System, we have adopted the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. In addition to NIST, and as our SaaS solution has sensitive PII and PHI held within it, we have also earned the elite HITRUST CSF Certification®, arguably the most stringent HIPAA certification obtainable and well beyond SOC type 2 certification. Additionally, we are currently working towards both PCI compliance to allow us to process credit and debit card transactions, and FedRamp certification for use with government contracts.

As the AdminaHealth Billing Suite® is a SaaS solution and no one who works at AdminaHealth is making decisions on behalf of our customers and partners, nor do we take fiduciary ownership for financial transactions that customers and partners send through our system to the federal banking system, we are not required to be a licensed and bonded TPA. If you would like to know more about this, once you have completed an NDA with us, we would be more than happy to share with you a Legal Opinion rendered by a former regulator and current attorney attesting to this position.

ROI is dictated by many factors, including overall number of groups, what the costs are in time/money/effort relative to processing manually. From a pricing perspective, we look at the total volume available versus just one group. We do not lose an opportunity if it is mutually beneficial.

There is no minimum number of employees. We work with groups of all sizes.
