What You’ll Do:

  • Full-charge bookkeeping for AdminaHealth and associated businesses (multiple businesses)
  • Reconcile bank accounts, record receipts, and disbursements
  • Process all expense reports twice a month
  • Prepare journal entries
  • Prepare financial statements

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Manage the team of Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Renewal Operations staff to maintain high customer satisfaction levels (85%+), adoption, expansions, and ultimately, retention (95%+).
  • Hire and retain exceptional team members
  • Expand our list of referenceable customers
  • Own our client-facing Success processes, policies, playbooks, and values so as to deeply integrate into our clients’ everyday work lives

  • Manage the team of Customer Success Managers, Technical Account Managers, and Renewal Operations staff to maintain increasingly higher customer satisfaction levels, adoption, expansions, and customer retention.
  • Learn our customers’ business, their data, their processes, etc. Be the advocate and representative of customer needs back to Technology and the other AdminaHealth organizations.
  • Hire and retain exceptional team members.
  • Expand our list of referenceable customers.
  • Own our client-facing Success processes, policies, playbooks, and values so as to deeply integrate AdminaHealth platform(s) into our clients’ everyday work lives
  • Articulate and document internal processes to create a scalable infrastructure for our Success team
  • Serve as the liaison between the Customer Success team and the rest of the organization.
  • Work with sales to provide the bridge between sales and technology. May be called upon to conduct demos to key prospects, as well as training other customer success team members to do the same.
  • Influence the direction of the Salus/AdminaHealth platform(s), creating an efficient channel for funneling customer feedback into the Product organization while empowering the team to proactively help customers understand how we’re working towards solutions that meet and exceed their expectations.
  • Empower the team to act as advocates for the customer, quarterbacking the solving of complex problems within our organization and escalating when appropriate.
  • Assist in the formation and organization of the technical support function for AdminaHealth.
  • Work with Technology to develop and refine a process to flag and resolve requests by key accounts – bugs, product gaps, wish list items, etc.
  • Occasionally participate in product demos and discovery calls to ensure business requirements are well thought out and understood in a pre-sales technology role. In addition, enhancing the demo and segregating separate demos for different types of clients (carriers, brokers, associations, etc.) will be something that this role will own.
  • High detail and data analysis orientation, to ensure all bases covered, commitments met and customers (internal and external) are happy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work on multiple competing tasks, often with the changing priorities that accompany any small business venture.
  • Work collaboratively with the overall team to meet or exceed customer contractually set service levels and expectations
  • Work to build significant expertise on AdminaHealth solutions and platforms. Continually improve your skill and depth of understanding, and become a source of information and a mentor to new and existing team members.
  • Take an active role in protecting our connection culture built on trust and integrity as we grow rapidly

Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills with the motivation to inspire both our clients and your teammates.
  • Highly organized – a project management background is a plus.
  • Process improvement experience.
  • Ability to understand the features and use cases of the AdminaHealth platform(s).
  • Empathy for your customers and all those you work with. You help them identify their challenges, and offer solutions and assistance. Your inherent desire to delight customers shines through in your communications and everything you do.
  • 5-7 years of customer success or account management with a technical (SaaS) product, or equivalent.
  • You have at least 3 years management experience.
  • Your integrity and motivation are unmatched, and your capacity for creative problem solving is always stirring and in play.
  • Experience with advocating for your customers’ needs within an organization and driving to solutions.
  • Your ability to analyze and manipulate extremely large and complex data sets must be top notch and is a strong part of who you are. Your understanding that data, business processes and asking the right questions are huge components to understanding the client’s business are crucial to your success.
  • Highly consultative approach in establishing and maintaining partnerships with business, technology and customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to work across teams, pull together key stakeholders and prioritize work within a project management framework.
  • Proven ability to communicate verbally and with written status updates to team members, upper management executives and customers.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats in an early stage organizations, emerging company environment: Project manager, business analyst, testing coordinator, release manager – as and when required.
  • Experience in Insurance, Health and Benefits and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industries are all big pluses.
  • MBA in strategy, financials, or demonstrated equivalent work experience.

Travel:

This position will normally require minimal travel (25% or less) ongoing but will require several week-long trips initially while learning our systems and platform, conferences, etc. Remote employees will be required travel to corporate from time to time, normally on a monthly basis or as the needs of the business require.
