Leadership

• A track record of creating alliances to leverage synergies and create win-win situations is critical for the CRO position. This executive must have experience building relationships with partner companies that extend the brand offering.
• Customer Identification & Retention. The Chief Revenue Officer must have solid experience with owning employee benefits sales and marketing functions in relation to both customer acquisition and loyalty-building programs. This executive will need to bring a strategic approach to identifying and capturing profitable growth targets with the defined KPIs and ROI.
• The successful candidate will have led an employee benefits sales and marketing team that successfully grew a business to critical mass. This includes the fundamental sales disciplines of cold calling, maintaining an opportunity pipeline large enough to meet the annual revenue targets.
• Service-Industry Exposure. The Chief Revenue Officer must understand the dynamics of working in a high-touch service industry where the customer and channel dynamics drive the business.

Marketing

• Marketing Strategy. The successful candidate will have led the process to develop employee benefits marketing plans with the objective of growing a business. This executive must have proven experience thinking out of the box to identify target markets and segments through the most effective channels. This includes strong experience with web-based, partner, channel, and benefits industry initiatives.
• Lead direct marketing activities within the employee benefits ecosystem.
• Provide leadership to all marketing efforts, including the branding and communication associated with new product and service launches, and will lead the development of all channels.
• Identify and implement strategic marketing initiatives and create partnerships.
• Conduct market research to assess product performance and identify potential customers and promotion opportunities.
• Collaborate with CTO and Customer Success teams to implement consumer needs within product development and marketing strategies.

Experience

• Proven track-record with minimum of two years sales management service in the employee benefits/insurance or financial services industry. Other industries will be considered if directly related to the benefits business.

We are looking for a Sr. Automation and Testing Software Engineer who can:

• Understand and advocate for the customer’s needs and best interests during all phases of the agile product life cycle – beginning with grooming and planning phases. The Business Development Representative position is an individual contributor. As a Business Development Representative at AdminaHealth, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by moving leads from marketing-qualified to sales-qualified stages; this requires gathering information regarding potential client companies and locating the decision maker(s) for benefits administration and accounting work. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospects listed in our existing HubSpot CRM, effectively bridging the gap between marketing initiatives and sales outcomes. This role requires a strategic approach to outreach, prioritizing research, and personalized engagement to optimize the lead qualification process.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop a tailored outreach strategy for each lead, focusing on value proposition, developing an initial understanding of their benefits enrollment and payment needs, and building rapport.

This on-site Sr. DevOps Engineer position will play a significant role in supporting our AWS cloud infrastructure, which is being used to support the development and deployment of a SaaS platform that helps companies manage their employee benefits billing process.  The system itself has multiple major functions, including bill consolidation, reconciliation, and payments processing.  The candidate will be part of a small team initially, responsible for the infrastructure implementation, day to day operations, solving technical problems of comprehensive scope and complexity, and maintaining the security posture required for the HITRUST CSF Certification.  The position will also establish the cornerstone of our standards, procedures and documentation construction and maintenance for our enterprise.  In addition, recognizing impediments to our organizational efficiency and proposing and implementing solutions will be value propositions that the successful candidate will be able to provide.  There will also be elements of ITSM and IT support that this position will be responsible for in the areas of desktop support, local network administration, and Office365 support.
