Onboarding

You can onboard at any time throughout the year, depending on what works best for you. Most groups onboard midyear.

We will pair you with one of our Relationship Managers, who will serve as your primary day-to-day contact. Your Relationship Manager will provide you, your team, and clients with all necessary documentation (User Guide, Onboarding Guide, etc.), conduct training if needed, and ensure that you are onboarded quickly and easily. The same Relationship Manager who does your onboarding will continue to be your primary contact for all support throughout our relationship.

AdminaHealth has existing integrations with most enrollment and payroll systems. Adding new enrollment and payroll systems through API integrations or flat file data exchanges are generally quick and easy. AdminaHealth supports a variety of ways to receive carrier invoices through direct integrations with the carriers, flat file uploads, and, depending upon the level of service purchased, AdminaHealth can collect digital invoices from carriers on your behalf.
