Signature Services

Additional white glove support to help with actively monitoring benefits activity, insurer reporting, and reconciling premium payments is available through AdminaHealth’s Signature Services. These optional services include:

• Carrier Bill Retrieval
  AdminaHealth will request and secure the insurer’s electronic bill for loading and processing into the AdminaHealth system. Note this requires cooperation from the insurers to structure.
• Payroll Deduction Oversight
  The enrollment system typically communicates deduction amounts to payroll. Requested amounts, however, are not always deducted correctly or at all. AdminaHealth can monitor employee contributions/deductions to help track the employee contribution portion of the insurer bills throughout the plan year.
• Carrier Invoice Adjustment Monitoring
  Adjustments to insurer lists bills for retroactive additions and terminations is an ongoing discipline that requires monitoring and regular communication with the vendors. Let AdminaHealth help make sure adjustments have been made.
• Timely Payment Coordination
  Paying employee benefits premiums on a timely basis requires coordination of information from the benefits system of record, the payroll system, and the accounting area. Each has a role to play in paying the correct premium for the covered employees.
• Change Reporting Oversight
  The benefits system of record typically reports electronically (ANSI 834 files) to carriers/vendors on a scheduled basis. Whether the format is an Add/Change/Delete file or a full file varies by carrier/vendor. It is critical that the insurer’s in-force system, claims systems, and billing systems stay current and synchronized regarding regular updates. AdminaHealth will actively monitor the change activity.
• Rate Verification Tool
  Identify discrepancies between the benefits an employee has enrolled in and the actual premium deductions from their paycheck. This minimizes costly errors and enhances the overall efficiency of your benefits management processes.
• Benefits Administration Services
